Payment is accepted exclusively through bank transfer, PayPal or cash for all collected items.
Unless specified otherwise, our used parts are sourced from dismantled or damaged vehicles.
All items are thoroughly examined and tested to the best of our ability.
All posted items will be packaged to the best of our ability to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Policy

We cannot accept liability for any part that is damaged during transit.
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the size/weight of the order.
Orders will be shipped within 4 business days. In the event of any delay, we will contact you to provide an update.
Customers are to ensure that all returned items are to be shipped back to us with a tracking service so we can confirm they have been received our end.
All items must reach us within the 14-day return period.
Return postage costs will only be covered by us (within the 14-day return period) if the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We will not share any of your details with any third party.
Once received and handled, we will promptly dispose of any payment details for your security.
Only at the point of sale would we require any form of payment details.

If you receive A faulty part, please notify us within 14-day’s.
Defective products will undergo testing for verification purposes by ourselves.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, but if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will refund the postage costs and provide a full refund.
All refunds will be handled and processed within a 24-hour timeframe.
Returned items must reach our premises before the refund can be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original source from which the funds were received.
